Summary:
Training is held at the SVS Vision Corporate office, Hybrid schedule starts after training SVS Vision Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for the online presence of the company.
Specialists create a positive impression while answering inquiries from the SVS Vision website, reviews, appointments, and inbound phone calls to the corporate office.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work as a team member Ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions and maintain accuracy Maintains confidentiality in all areas of responsibility Answering Call Center Multi-line telephone calls Handling high volume of customer calls Detailed attention to patients' needs and concerns Processing web-based inquiries from ticket platform Assist with eligibility and insurance questions Assist with order and receipt breakdown Assist with warranty and product information Exhibits excellent work ethic Good written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and follow through Strong organizational abilities Minimum Requirements:
2-3 years customer service experienced required preferably in the healthcare field or insurance industry Professional Communication Skills Teamwork oriented Excellent Customer Service skills Dependable/great work ethic Computer knowledge Basic typing and mathematical skills Strong MS skills Data entry skills Our team members enjoy the following:
