What you'll do:
Performs work orders consistent with the individual's ability.
Examples of work orders:
general building maintenance, changing light bulbs, minor electrical repairs, repairing drywall, painting, paneling, wallpapering, sheetrock work, hanging doors, adjusting locks and door hardware, fixing or replacing broken windows and screens, hanging pictures, minor plumbing repairs, unplugging drains, replacing leaky washers, re-lighting, replacing and adjusting heaters and controls, maintaining smoke detectors and emergency lights, maintaining and installing swamp coolers/air conditioners, replacing floor tiles, carpeting and linoleum, repairing roofing, grounds maintenance/irrigation if needed, new construction, etc.
, Performs preventative maintenance on all equipment throughout the facility.
To be considered, you should:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect.
Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen (we no longer test for THC), physical, and TB test.
