High School graduate or equivalent (GED), Associate Degree preferred Exceptional computer skills (Microsoft Office) Must possess a valid driver's licenses and car insurance Exceptional organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights and weekends Be able to work independently Must be certified in CPR (can be obtained once employed with the agency) Job
Summary:
Provide support to MCREST staff.
Duties include interfacing and assisting clients, general clerical, receptionist, and project-based work.
Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.
Responsibilities:
Answer telephones, answer questions and/or transfer to appropriate staff member.
Meet and greet clients and visitors.
Process client information for intake or needs.
Process, file and distribute client mail.
Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office Professional Perform clerical duties to include but not limited to:
photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system Sign for and distribute packages (UPS/Fed Ex/DHL.
Etc.
) Support staff in assigned project-based work Preforming Covid-19 related screenings as needed Other duties as assigned Job Type:
