HR Manager-Part-Time

Award winning Private Duty Home Care Agency is seeking a Part-Time HR Manager.

Responsibilities include:
- Assist with internal hiring process, specifically with recruitment, selection, candidate screening, employee interviewing, reference checks, orientation and training of new employees
- Work closely with Operations staff to recruit, screen, and interview qualified field talent
- Maintains and organizes personnel files, keeping compliant with state and federal legal regulations
- Maintains internal personnel information using HR software
- Update job descriptions as necessary
- Assist administrator in keeping compliant guidelines with regard to HR issues, specifically retention and employee satisfaction feedback
- Maintain and update HR policies for the Policies and Procedures book
- Update Administrator of HR legal changes at the state and federal level
- Forecasts workforce future and assists in upcoming organizational changes
- Conduct and oversee orientation for all personnel
- Conduct monthly audits of employment files
- Ensure all job descriptions are current and up to date
- Provide compliance with regulatory agencies
- Administer salary performance review procedures
- Oversee and manage all workers compensation and unemployment administration
- HRIS administration
- Conduct annual HIPPA training
Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.-PHR/SPHR certification a plus- 4 plus years of related experience in a medical or home care setting.- One to three years HR generalist experience.- Superior interpersonal skills and time management.- Minimal travel required.-Proficient in all MS Office applications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
